The Little Adventurers' Den
At the bottom of the garden, right next to the big wild forest, Malo is getting his secret hideout ready. Today he starts his den with long sturdy branches, a blue tarp and a big rope.
Little by little, branch after branch, the adventure begins!
On the other side of the fence, a tiny curious fox cub slowly wanders away from his mummy and gets lost in the tall bushes.
Suddenly, a soft rustle of leaves stirs the silence of the den. Swish-swish!
Malo freezes. His heart beats very fast in his chest, like a hurried little drum. What if the wild animal tries to bite him?
Under the dry leaves, a tiny trembling fox cub looks up at him with big worried eyes.
Gently, Malo holds out a friendly hand. But the fox cub lets out a fierce little growl — kss-kss! — and hides under the shelter of leaves again.
The boy understands his fear and takes a step back to give him some space. Then he places a sweet slice of apple on a tree stump.

Jade and the Secret of the Forest
At the bottom of the big green garden, Jade was happily hard at work. She gathers long bendy branches and pretty fern leaves to build her secret den. It's her favourite hiding place!
But just as she is about to settle down on the soft moss, a little sound stops her. Mew… mew… A shy, trembling whimper is coming from deep inside the dark leaves.
Jade holds her breath and gently parts the branches of the bush.
Curled up in the darkest corner, a tiny red fox cub is shivering from head to toe. His pointy ears are folded down and his big dark eyes watch her anxiously. The poor little animal is lost! Jade feels her heart squeeze. Slowly, quietly, she reaches out a soft, reassuring hand.
Jade decides to help him find his way home. She grabs her explorer's backpack and slips in her little night-light, a strong rope, a flask of fresh water and a few biscuits.
"Don't worry," she whispers, stroking his soft fur. "Little paws and big steps — together we'll make it!"
