Two versions of the same adventure — pick a hero. Yours can be personalized with your child's name.

Noah plays on the soft blue rug in the warm living room. He builds a big tower-castle with his colorful blocks.

Noah is very happy. He whispers: "One block, two blocks, three blocks... up to the sky!"

Noah wants to put the last red block right on top. But oh no, his little hand shakes! The tall tower wobbles, leans, and falls!

Crash! All the blocks roll on the floor.

Noah does not move. His cheeks feel very warm. A big storm begins to rumble in his tummy.

Look! Can you point to the green dinosaur block under the yellow armchair?

Grumf! Noah stomps his feet on the ground. Big, hot tears run down his red cheeks. He throws an orange block far away.

The storm in his tummy is too big. It hurts inside.

Mom Elena comes and sits on the rug. She does not yell or get angry. She just opens her arms wide with a soft, loving smile.

She waits for Noah to come.

Noah crawls into Elena's warm arms. She hugs him tight. She whispers:

"You wanted them to go: One block, two blocks, three blocks... up to the sky! It is hard when it falls, right?"

Elena has a secret to share. "Let us blow the storm away like big dragons. Watch me!"

Now, blow with Noah! Breathe in through your nose, and blow hard: Ffffffuuuu!

Noah takes another big breath. He puffs out his chest and blows even harder.

Ffffouuu! His cheeks feel cooler now. The storm is getting smaller. Is it almost gone?

Noah breathes in the fresh, calm air one last time. He blows away the very last dark cloud.

Ouf! The storm is completely gone. Noah feels light and happy now.

Noah looks at the colorful blocks on the rug. He is ready to try again. He picks up a bright blue block with a big smile.

Elena winks. Noah can do it!

Noah places the blocks one by one with calm, steady hands. The tower rises high and strong.

Noah laughs: "One block, two blocks, three blocks... up to the sky! I did it!"

Noah hugs Elena tightly. He knows his secret dragon power now. He is ready for sweet dreams.

What about you? What is your secret when a big storm rumbles? Goodnight, little dragon.

Emma is in the cozy living room. Clack! She puts her colorful wooden blocks on the soft rug. She starts to build. "One block, two blocks, three blocks..." she whispers. She is happy.

Emma builds a very tall tower. She smiles and reaches high. But suddenly, CRASH! All the blocks fall down on the floor. Oh no! What will Emma do now?

A big, rumbling storm grows inside Emma. Her cheeks feel very hot. She stomps her feet. Tears fall down. Look! Can you find the little blue wooden bird under the table? Elena walks over quietly. Can she help?

Elena whispers, "You can try again, sweetie." Emma still feels angry. She picks up the blocks. She whispers, "One block, two blocks, three blocks..." Her hands tremble. Will they stay up?

CLATTER! The tower falls down a second time. Emma shakes her head. She wants to throw the blocks. Elena gently places a hand on her shoulder. What will Emma do next?

Emma drops her head. She hides her face in her hands. She cries on the soft rug. Her heart beats very fast. She feels so tired and sad. Will her storm ever go away?

Elena hugs Emma very tight. She says, "You have a big storm of anger in your heart, Emma. It is okay to be mad. Let's help the storm go away together. But how?"

Elena shares a lovely secret. "Breathe in through your nose like a flower. Then, blow out hard like a big dragon." Emma watches her. Can Emma breathe like a dragon too?

Emma tries the dragon breath. She breathes in deep. Then she blows out hard. Let's help Emma blow the anger away! Breathe in... and blow: Ffffffff! One, two, three times. Does it work?

The hot storm inside Emma is gone. Her cheeks feel cool and soft now. She feels very quiet and ready. With slow, gentle hands, Emma picks up the wooden blocks again.

The tower rises higher and higher. Emma places the last yellow block on top. She whispers happily, "One block, two blocks, three blocks... Hurrah!" Her big, tall tower stays up!

Emma giggles and hugs Elena. She knows how to blow away the big storms now. She feels proud and cozy. Do you ever have a storm in your heart? Goodnight, little dragon.
